Language proficiency:

  • 1 Contractor with proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and 1 Contractor with proficiency in English and Hindi

    Must-Have Skills:

  • Existing experience with Redteaming, Gen AI, degree of familiarity, trust and safety in online areas

  • 5+ years of experience working on technology and public policy/governance issues. Able to effectively manage a team

  • 1 candidate must speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. 1 candidate must speak English and Hindi

    Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Big Tech experience

  • Working with complex stake holders, managing horizontally

  • Very strong communication skills, managing issues involving discretion, or know additional languages

    Summary:

    Client is seeking a product-focused strategic thinker to join its Product Policy & Strategy team as a Product Policy Coordinator supporting Generative AI products. In this role, you will work to ensure that Client's AI models and products are safe, accurate, and unbiased. You'll accomplish this goal by directly engaging in testing of our Large Language Models, tracking the development of emerging risks and questions around political processes, breaking news, and other significant global events.

    Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher 5+ years of experience working on technology and public policy/governance issues Experience redteaming/adversarially testing products

  • Experience working independently to apply analytical thinking to solving ambiguous, complex problems

    Years of Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience

    Degrees/Certifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in political science, policy, law, marketing, comms, computer science or related field
