The Client North America team is looking for a Community Growth Manager to help launch a new marketplace and host community. In this role, you will be part of an inaugural team within our business organization. This role comes with hybrid program operations and scaled relationship management responsibilities. This role carries revenue and business performance goals.

You will partner with our central commercial teams, community teams, sales operations and other cross functional partners to pilot new projects, tactics and/or initiatives that can be scaled into broader cross-functional programs.

You will analyze program performance and insights to craft strategic plans to ensure the needs of our hosts, co-hosts, and the Client business are supported. Your success in this role will be based on a variety of metrics that reflect your impact to the business. This includes the level of growth, retention, and success of the hosting business in North America.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator, analytical, strong content development skills, adept at business planning for the long term while remaining nimble and adaptive to short term priorities. This includes relationship building and management within our host community.
