  • Expected Shift: 8a-4p PT hours required

  • Interview Process: 2-3 rounds, initial 1:1 screening, 2nd round panel, if needed 3rd with additional team members

  • Top Three things Worker will be doing: Product Marketing Integrated Growth Play Execution

  • 1. Drive end-to-end project execution for integrated product marketing plans, curating activities along the sales funnel from advertising, to lead nurture, and sales playbooks.

  • 2. Coordinate internal and external agency relationships necessary to drive development of prospect engagement campaigns.

  • 3. Manage (and project manage) the creative development and review process for go to market assets and sales enablement materials.

  • Product marketing and product launch experience

  • Project management of product marketing and product launches

  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional stakeholder engagement

    PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

    You will coordinate between internal sales and marketing leaders, and multiple outside agencies, on program strategy development and full-funnel implementation of brand, account-based marketing, demand generation, and/or product marketing campaigns. Project management responsibilities may span strategy and content development, media planning and placement, and analytics reporting.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage weekly status meetings to update your team on key program milestones, flag risks and issues, and provide upcoming requirements alerts.

    Coordinate creative development and review processes across a wide internal stakeholder audience.

    Coordinate multiple agency relationships (paid social, paid display, and paid search) and internal stakeholders and reviewers necessary to develop content and launch media.

    Coordinate integrated growth plays that target key accounts-spanning lead generation, lead nurture, and sales enablement programs-in support of commercial customer growth.

    Coordinate media launches including tagging, tracking, and quality control.

    Coordinate analytics reporting intake meetings and internal insights sharing.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The successful candidate will excel in documenting, communicating and managing deliverables, meeting schedules, information share-outs, content reviews, project milestone due dates, and next steps, across a wide array of stakeholders inside and outside the organization. You will work proactively to keep all stakeholders on task. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Wrike) is a plus. Experience working in or with a B2B-focused advertising agency, and involvement with brand and marketing-to-sales lead generation and account-based marketing campaigns, is a plus.
