What the VP of FP&A will do

• The VP of FP&A will analyze current and past trends in KPIs for cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures and revenue
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to make recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Report to the CFO and mentor, lead and supervise a large downline
• Build, maintain and own the long-term forecast of historical and projected performance and financial metrics
• Responsible for cash flow projections for various departments
• Maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Customize reporting modules
• Plan and execute budget

What the company needs in a Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• Hospitality experience required
• Public company experience in a similar role
• Ability to perform detailed financial analysis, formulate recommendations, and communicate in executive format
