Qualifications & Experience:
The HRIS Data Analyst will provide technical support and assistance for our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role will ensure the timely resolution of user issues and inquiries, troubleshoot system problems, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure the efficient operation of HR technology solutions. This position is a Hybrid/Remote position at our HR People Hub Center of Excellence in Orlando, Florida.
About the Role
The HRIS Analyst collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze work processes, enhance efficiencies, and leverage data to maximize technological capabilities. Responsibilities include:
Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for HRIS users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Assist users with login issues, access problems, and technical inquiries related to HRIS functionalities.
Collaborate with internal HR and UKG team to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
Document all support activities in the helpdesk system, including issue resolution and troubleshooting steps.
Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to promote efficient use of HRIS tools and features.
Participate in testing of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure compatibility and functionality.
Maintain data integrity and security protocols within the HRIS platform.
Generate and maintain reports from the HRIS as requested by stakeholders.
Stay updated on HRIS system updates, changes, and best practices to provide informed support to users
Supporting updates, upgrades, testing, implementation, and other technical projects as assigned.
Documenting processes and outcomes.
Maintaining data integrity through querying and data analysis.
Creating and maintaining interfaces and providing system administration expertise, including security access, workflow, and configuration.
Enhancing and ensuring the security, accuracy, and integrity of HR data.
Diagnosing and resolving HR data issues, collaborating with end users and addressing business process events.
Monitoring, processing, and troubleshooting data interfaces between HRIS and other systems and vendors.
Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HRIS helpdesk analyst or in a similar technical support role.
Solid understanding of HR processes and practices.
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKGPro, UKGPro WFM, other HRIS platforms.).
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in HR data analysis, HRIS administration, and HR technology.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel preferred.
Problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with the capability to audit and correct large data sets.
Proactive approach to efficiency and logistical management.

Pay Range:
Compensation between USD $60,000.00/Yr.-USD $65,000.00/Yr.
