Westchase Esthetic Family Dentistry is proud to provide modern cosmetic and oral health services to families in Tampa, FL.

We are seeking to add a dynamic Dental Front Office Coordinator to team. You'll collaborate with our amazing team to improve our patient's dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice where patient's are first, every visit. Check out our reviews and see what our patients say about us!

Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 -5 day work week with NO WEEKENDS!

Monday: 7:45am - 5:00pm

Tuesday: 7:45am - 5:00pm

Wednesday: 7:45am - 5:00pm

Thursday: 7:45am - 5:00pm

Friday: 7:45am - 2:00pm ( only 2x per month)

Saturdays: Closed

Sundays: Closed

Responsibilities:

The Dental Front Office Coordinator should:

Create and maintain and environment where patients are comfortable and enjoy seeing us!

Develop productive schedules.

Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.

Manage patient documents and records.

Process and complete claim forms.

Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Adhere to office dress code.

Check patients out appropriately.

Qualifications:

Experience working in dental or medical front office role is preferred

Welcoming personality!

Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus!
