In addition to its two Seminole Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, the Seminole Tribe owns and operates the five Seminole Casinos; in Coconut Creek and Hollywood, on the Southeast coast in Immokalee near Naples, on the Brighton Reservation north of Lake Okeechobee, and on the Big Cypress Reservation south of Lake Okeechobee.

Responsibilities:
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR DEALER SCHOOL:
Opportunities to enter the Dealer School are open to qualified candidates who meet the minimum requirements. The goal of the school is to prepare candidates for available career opportunities within the Table Games department at Seminole Casino Brighton.
Training will take place at a predetermined date/time.
If a student declines a table games position after starting/completing the Table Games School, he/she may be ineligible for future employment as a Table Games Dealer within the Seminole Gaming Administration properties.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION FOR ADMISSION TO THE DEALER SCHOOL
Pass a basic math assessment.
Successfully complete an interview.
Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills including a positive demeanor and calm, steady temperament.
Demonstrate and maintain strong ethical standards.
Must be proficient in the English language.
Attending Dealer School does not automatically guarantee employment as a Table Games Dealer.
Must be able to successfully complete the gaming process and obtain a gaming license and maintain said license.
If a Part/Full time Dealer position is offered after graduating from Dealer School, the job offer must be accepted or the eligibility to ever be in a Table Games position with Seminole Gaming may be lost.
Once an applicant has completed/passed Dealer School and is offered a position as a Dealer at the Seminole Brighton Casino the applicant must complete and submit an application for a Dealer - Table Games through the website at .
WORK ENVIRONMENT
May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pound.

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
CLOSING:
The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
