Overview:
A Financial Analyst II at the Hard Rock Corporate Support Center is responsible for the production of internal financial statements and analysis of internal systems. Providing guidance, direction and support for the company in the areas of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis

Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:

Update and prepare periodic reporting including Sales Flash and Monthly P&L

Prepare and present P&L and financial reporting to finance and operational leaders

Provide leadership and support for Budgeting and Forecasting efforts

Provide recurring and ad hoc analysis as requested by Senior Leadership

KPI Development:

Design, implement, and monitor KPIs for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure KPIs align with business goals and objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis to improve marketing performance.

Operational Dashboards:

Create and maintain operational dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.

Ensure dashboards provide real-time, accurate data for informed decision-making.

Continuously improve and update dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business.

ROI Analysis:

Conduct thorough ROI analysis for marketing activations and campaigns.

Identify and evaluate potential opportunities to maximize ROI.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support marketing strategy and budget allocation.

Revenue Forecasting:

Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to predict future sales and revenue growth.

Analyze historical data and market trends to inform accurate forecasting.

Work closely with finance and operations teams to align forecasts with business objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support marketing and business strategies.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and insights.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, finance, operations, and other departments to gather necessary data and insights.

Support cross-functional projects and initiatives with data-driven recommendations.

Foster a collaborative environment to drive business success through shared goals and metrics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with Financial Reporting and Information Systems including SAP, EPM BPC preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of developing and implementing effective KPIs and operational dashboards.

Experience in revenue forecasting and ROI analysis is highly desirable.
