Package Handling Specialist
Daytona Beach, FL (onsite)

The role involves managing packages, checking them in, and organizing them by student ID. The position is full-time, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and check-in packages from Client, FedEx, and Amazon.
• Assist students with package pickup and organize packages by student ID.
• Perform extensive walking and standing throughout the shift.
• Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment.
• Handle shipping, receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
• Maintain records, manage inventories, and respond to service calls.
• Perform basic maintenance, including clearing paper jams and ensuring copier functionality.
• Set up meeting rooms, manage office supplies, and perform light cleaning as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle extensive walking/standing.
• Proficient with office machines and MS Office.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
