Print Production Supervisor

Opportunity to convert to Perm

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage RICOH Service Excellence methodology.
• Act as a working supervisor, assisting with daily tasks and operations as per the customer contract.
• Maintain formal, daily communication with the customer.
• Handle highly confidential, time-sensitive legal documents.
• Provide professional support to law firm personnel, including secretaries, project managers, paralegals, associates, and partners.
• Ensure job accuracy on projects with tight deadlines.
• Train staff on workflow and machine operations as needed.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and supervise labor, materials, and supplies to achieve shift profitability.
• Maintain compliance with audits and deadlines through quality work and effective scheduling.
• Hold direct reports accountable for the quality and efficiency of their work.
• Resolve issues related to pricing, orders, and invoicing.
• Use performance tools like development plans and regular reviews for direct reports.
• Post productivity, quality, and deadline results.
• Maintain positive relationships with department employees.
• Complete site reports, month-end management reports, and other paperwork on time.
• Assist the account manager with financial report reviews.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. (assistance available if needed).
• Strong organizational skills, goal-setting, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in training employees and operating complex machinery.
• Ability to stay updated on current technology and trends.
• Good technical skills and understanding of workflow processes.
