Job description

Our client, a public media non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Executive Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC!

About the Job:
Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the department.
Coordinate and support events such as board meetings, conferences, and engagement activities.
Handle meeting scheduling, preparation, documenting, and materials.
Maintain an organized filing and documentation system to ensure information is readily available.
Coordinate travel and handle expense reporting.
Assist with additional projects as needed.

About You:
A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
Extremely professional with the ability to establish a strong rapport with C-Suite individuals.
Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to handle several projects at different stages simultaneously.

About the Position:
$24/hr-$26/hr while temporary
$52K-$57K once permanent
Hybrid with 1-2 days/week onsite.
Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
