Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional person to fill a key customer service position within our call center. Santa Barbara Auto Group represents 7 Premium Brands in Santa Barbara. We strive to provide a "World Class Experience" to our clients at each opportunity.

Automotive experience a plus, but not necessary. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements:

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:
•Front line customer service experience
•Exceptional telephone communication skills
•Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities
•Direct customer contact experience with problem resolution skills
•Ability to interact with multiple department managers
•Excellent written communication skills
•Extremely PC / IT literate
•Wants the ability to grow with our business

We offer the following:
•Customer Service Specialist has a Base Hourly Compensation of between $18 - $22
