JOB TITLE: Clerk

DURATION: 3 months

HOURS: 7:00 am pacific-3:30pm pacific M-F

LOCATION: Novato, CA 94945

Summary

This allows collectors and billers to see all correspondence received on accounts instead of wasting time calling payers for the same information already received.

Faster collection, therefore increased cash, lower aging and AR days.

Candidates will be on a team with another person guiding them. The current two team member are on LOA.

Requirements

10-key, computers, filing, scanning, coping.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Printing. scanning, copying, filing and attaching documents to accounts in EPIC.

Complete printing, copying and scanning of daily correspondence and support team in printing and mailing files to payers.

Not specific to healthcare, but would be beneficial to have this experience

Need to know how to use computers and a copy machine.

Would like someone with 1-2 years background working in an office setting.
