Volt is immediately hiring for an Avionics Field Service Representative in Lemoore, CA Position Type: Full Time(Contract)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: Lemoore, CA-Onsite As an Avionics Field Service Representative, you will: Position Responsibilities:
• Provide advice and guidance to customer on operational and troubleshooting issues for Fighter Aircraft Avionics systems, its wiring, and specialty coverage.
• Aviation Electrical background, with in debt knowledge / experience troubleshooting Electrical System related discrepancies.
• Monitors product performance and makes recommendations for resolution of potential issues.
• Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures.
• Develops and conducts ad-hoc training.
• Interpret technical documents and monitors Avionics/Wiring product performance,
• Uses multi-disciplined technical expertise and company product support resources to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high level of proficiency in the operation and maintenance of the aircraft.
• Utilizes the Field Operations VECTOR system to record issues and get reach-back support. Required:
• DOD Active Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 7 years interpreting engineering drawings, schematics & technical publications.
• 5-7 years avionic technician experience.
• Military background required.
• Reading and interpret electrical schematics/drawings.
• Interpretation IETMS(Electronics Technical Manuals). Pay Range: $50-$57per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
