Responsibilities:
Install and maintain water supply systems

Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks)

May Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.

Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems

Produce neat, clean, and complete work, adhering to strict standards of excellence, including meeting or exceeding plumbing and/or mechanical inspector's requirements

Meet or exceed productivity standards set by the company

Repairs and installs plumbing pipes, traps, washbowls, fittings, drains, sprinklers, backflow preventers, commodes, bathtubs, tank style and tankless style water heaters, disposals, water softeners and faucets

Routinely turn in all paperwork and payments accurately and on time

Maintain company vehicle in accordance with the Fleet Management Policy

Participate in continuing education to best be able to serve our customers

Provide friendly, accurate information to our clients

Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.

Maintain personal appearance in accordance with policy, including wearing shoe covers in client's home

Work well within a team, sharing skills and knowledge with others

Be helpful, proactive, flexible, and able to maintain a positive attitude

Present invoices and collect payments as required by the company

Provide excellent customer service by installing residential plumbing equipment, and offering friendly, accurate information to clients

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Must have at minimum two years of water heater service and repair experience.

Tankless water heater experience highly preferred

Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Bilingual is a plus!
