Job Description

Have a passion for early education? Then we have something in common!

If you know Lakeshore, then you know what we're all about-making sure that early learners have the tools they need to learn and grow. At Kids & Company Child Development Center, we've created a program that puts those objectives front and center. We have an outstanding curriculum, the full participation of our parents and a great staff-the only thing missing is you! The Kids & Company Director (Infant to Preschool) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of the infant, toddler and preschool programs. This role involves ensuring a safe, nurturing and educational environment for children, managing teachers and maintaining compliance with all state licensing regulations. You'll lead and be part of a wonderful team. For over 35 years, Kids & Company has been a cornerstone for our employees' children, offering a full-day program that goes beyond the ordinary. Our Nature Explore classroom is just the beginning! As a leader at Lakeshore's only Preschool Center, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education. Imagine crafting strategies and guiding a dynamic team while integrating Lakeshore's cutting-edge educational materials and toys into your curriculum. It's more than a job-it's a chance to inspire and innovate every day!
