Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and diligent Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of family law experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Mesa office, supporting clients in alignment with the firm's core values. The role involves significant client contact, requiring the ability to manage one's own docket effectively. If you are a newly licensed Attorney to be considered for this role you need to have been a law clerk or a paralegal in family law for at least a year!

Position Responsibilities:


  • Manage client matters with a high degree of professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with team members on case management, practice management, and business development
  • Handle courtroom appearances confidently
  • Participate in negotiations and mediations
  • Ensure compliance with family law statutes and procedural rules
  • Exhibit creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:


  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona
  • At least one year in family law
  • Proven experience in courtroom litigation, negotiation, and mediation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to utilize technology to meet the demands of the legal marketplace
  • Strong attention to detail and solution-oriented common sense
