Job description

The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Superintendent to oversee planning, scheduling, and problem-solving efforts on assigned projects. The PM focuses on long-term planning, logistics, and ensuring resources are in place to avoid potential obstacles. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure successful project execution in line with company policies and contractual obligations.

The selected candidate will represent the company to various project stakeholders and be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant project completion, maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Description

  • Collaborate with the PS to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations.
  • Lead project mobilization, planning, and scheduling.
  • Manage project procurement and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients and trade partners.
  • Monitor project costs and timelines, making adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee the project's quality control and commissioning efforts.
  • Mentor and train project personnel.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in commercial design-build or construction management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6 or Asta, Prolog, and Bluebeam.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Preferred qualifications: OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification.

Job Offer
