Responsibilities Millennium Corporation is hiring a Training and Development Specialist to work in Hunstville, AL. The candidate must have an active secret clearance. Training & Development Specialists to support the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) training and career development needs of its employees. This full-time role requires supports various business operations to ensure the seamless execution of projects and initiatives. This is a full-time position with work anticipated mid December 2024 upon award. Duties of this role include: Planning, resourcing, overseeing, and reporting on career development and mandatory training for employees. This includes coordinating with external training coordinators and managing training systems such as the Total Employee Development (TEDs) system. Tracking and reporting on training requirements and updates, ensuring compliance with all necessary training mandates. Collaborating with internal leadership and external agencies to execute critical workforce development programs effectively. Qualifications Candidate must have an active secret clearance. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field. 4-8 years of training and development experience in training and development that includes Proven ability to manage multiple training programs, training processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting workforce development programs simultaneously. Overseeing training systems and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership. Strong organizational and communication skills Experience supporting Department of Defense Acquisition Workforce Development Account (DAWDA) programs. Familiarity with government systems such as Position Management Information System (CAPPMIS) is preferred. Business Development Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews. Physical Requirements Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
