Responsibilities: Supports program management team in driving project portfolio execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue, operating income and cash flow Assists with proposal development and monitoring, including pricing and ongoing support Monitors program activities to ensure compliance with product specifications and statement of work performance requirements, schedules and cost commitments Prepares price models, contract proposals and modifications Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis deliverables to company management Oversees vendor contracts and renewals Generates purchase requisitions, and tracks procurement activities including receiving, invoices, and validating project codes Contributes to achievement of company goals and operating plans with direct impact on results Responsible for participating in special projects that are integral to programs Skills Required Government and commercial acquisition processes, and basic contracts management Program or project management supporting U.S. Government contracts involving information systems development, deployment, and operations & maintenance Finance and cost accounting to include- Price models, Cost tracking and analysis, Budgeting, actuals, indirect and direct expenses, and burdens Financial reporting Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline 5+ years of experience in project management PMP certification preferred Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize Proven track record in effectively managing programs or projects on aggressive timetables Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative work style, and inherent drive to deliver on commitments Excellent communication and presentation skills Equal Opportunity All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, age, national origin, citizenship, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, family structure, marital status, ancestry, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
