Job description

The Administrative Coordinator for Quality and Safety is instrumental in supporting the departmental leadership, staff and workflows that are integral to successful operations. This position is responsible for a variety of traditional administrative and assistant duties as well as a significant amount of work with collection and entry of data and its subsequent reporting and preparation for presentation. This position is key to the information flow and record-keeping required for accurate and timely operations and is heavily involved with both internal and external communications.

Minimum Education

  • Associates Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum Work Experience

  • 2 years of administrative coordination.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment handling multiple tasks.
  • Experience in policy development and documentation highly desirable.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated strong business writing skills with emphasis on format, grammar, and structure.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Visio)
  • Demonstrated strong keyboarding skills.
  • Highly discreet, able to routinely handle confidential materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Willingness and ability to have flexibility in work schedule.

Pay Range: $18.53 - $27.51
