Requirements:
You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

Are at least 18 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, are able to pass a background check, and have at least three years of teaching experience in a licensed child center. Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a big plus!

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering trust with children and parents, and providing excellent customer service.

Are proficient in educating, training, and understanding children's developmental needs with patience and empathy.

Possess effective time management and multitasking abilities, and are adaptable to the changing needs and physical demands of working with children.
