Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Asphalt Safety Manager to oversee and enhance our safety programs within asphalt operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a culture of safety, and implement best practices to minimize risks on job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures specific to asphalt operations.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Provide training and resources to employees on safety protocols, equipment operation, and emergency response.
• Investigate incidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to promote safety awareness and best practices.
• Stay current with industry regulations and standards related to asphalt and construction safety.
• Prepare and maintain accurate safety records and reports for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, construction, environmental science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety management within the construction or asphalt industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, Certified Safety Professional) are a plus.
