Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agile project management, technical expertise in real-time communication technologies, and hands-on experience with various agile tools and communication platforms.

Responsibilities

Program Management : Lead and manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.

Agile Methodology: Implement and oversee agile methodologies, facilitating Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Tool Utilization: Leverage agile project management tools such as (url removed), Trello, and Pivotal Tracker to track project progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with team members.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Communication Technologies: Oversee projects involving CPaaS, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communication Services, and other telephony technologies.

Codec Expertise: Ensure optimal use and implementation of audio and video codecs such as OPUS and manage RTC (Real-Time Communications) protocols.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management or a related role.

Agile Tools : Proficiency in various tools such as (url removed), Trello, and Pivotal Tracker for project management.

Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of CPaaS, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communication Services, and telephony technologies.

Real-Time Communications : Experience with audio and video codecs, especially OPUS, and RTC (Real-Time Communications) protocols.

Certifications : PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are highly desirable.

Skills :

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of managing complex technical projects : in a fast-paced environment.

Technical proficiency with audio and video codecs : like OPUS.

Experience with CPaaS platforms : such as Twilio and Azure Communication Services.

Experience with telephony technologies : including SIP and VoIP.

Deep understanding of WebRTC : and its implementation in real-time communication solutions
