Mortgage Developer CRE Loan Officer

I place professionals in the banking and finance industry I'm a recruiter. I am working with a bank in the upper Midwest that specializes in commercial lending and they are adding to their Commercial Developers of Real Estate divisions, lending team.

This role will focus on Commercial Real Estate Mortgages in the Homebuilder industry; the person hired will build a book of business from the ground up. Use your current network as a springboard and expand on that network from coast to coast there are no geographical restrictions other than staying within the United States in the licensed states (almost all 50). Lines of credit, letters of credit type loans.

The bank is greater than $2BB in assets which allows lenders to do some very large loans. There are no territory restrictions or dedications if it cash flows well it's up for consideration. The individual loan officer's goal for annual production will be "the sky is the limit" of new loans.

This is a fully, permanently non-travel, work the whole country from Sioux Falls role and there will be no travel involved in this Commercial Mortgage the bank has had systems and programs in place to ensure success for the past few decades.
