Job Description

You will manage all phases of data analytics, (data extraction, analysis, manipulation, synthesis & interpretation, and summary) along with the development, validation, testing, and maintenance of analytic tools, models, and algorithms for client projects and operational projects. You enjoy identifying statistically significant causal relationships, are comfortable working with big data, and fascinated by consumer behavior.

Your Impact:

You will design the data management and analytics environment to promote industry-leading analytic solutions.

Supervise department data scientists/statisticians.

Identify and develop solutions to add to INSAGIC's advanced analytics portfolio.

Provide advanced analytic support for and share statistical best practices with department analysts.

Identify statistical methods and test designs for specific analytic needs.

Participate in the development, validation and delivery of algorithms, statistical models and reporting tools.

Work in a team environment, working with multiple departments including internal and external customers.

Analyze large datasets to extract applicable insights and inform experimental design and model development.

Mentor and help train junior level team members.

Translate business questions and apply statistical models and analyses to answer questions in an actionable and reproducible manner.

Promote automation of reoccurring reports and model monitoring systems.
