Job description
Analyze and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance. This position involves working closely with warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions. Some technical expertise is needed for performance of a wide range of analytical activities. Performance at this level is demonstrated through completion of work assignments with a high degree of independence, providing the opportunity to refine the basic skills gained through education and acquire additional skills through experience to qualify for advancement.
Responsibilities / Tasks
General roles/responsibilities below. Additional roles/responsibilities will be added based on level II and level III requirements.
Analyze current warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns, to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to collect and interpret warehouse data, such as cycle times, error rates, and throughput
Monitor the impact of implemented changes through key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular reporting to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
Publish monthly warehouse scorecard
Responsible for annual cycle count process and maintaining associated KPI's
Review and correct system transactions to achieve revenue recognition
Prepare reports and lead meetings as required
Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to understand day-to-day challenges and gather requirements for process enhancements
Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process maps, and training materials
Performs other duties as assigned

Must be able to lift/carry 10-15 lbs. occasionally
Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard
May frequently be exposed to manufacturing areas that may require personal protective equipment
May frequently be exposed to a manufacturing work environment that is hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet and/or noisy
Education and Experience:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or other business-related field recommended but not required
0-5+ years of analytical experience
Works under well-defined policies or principles subject to managerial direction
Practiced knowledge and skills
Application of basic skills at the full professional level implying proficiency in their utilization
