As the Expeditionary Requirement Consultant, you will provide senior level strategic planning and general consulting expertise in a wide range of areas including requirements development and facilities assessments within the Serco WBB Consulting team. You will support a range of projects with customers across the Federal government and industry, helping to define projects or support engagements with senior leaders. This position is not tied to a specific contract and will afford you the opportunity to explore a range of projects within Serco. This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain your Secret level Clearance. You will apply your background in Marine Corps Requirements Development, to support customer needs and assist in capturing and executing consulting projects. In this role you will: Provide expertise and knowledge on Marine Corps requirements development, expeditionary aviation operations, and aviation ground support services, strategy and priorities Provide knowledge and expertise on aviation ground support in a joint DOD environment and facilities asset management to support new and ongoing initiatives across Serco divisions. Provide knowledge and expertise in operational expeditionary aviation planning within the DOD Support business development efforts with industry or government customers. You may also be asked to: Participate in customer Kick Off Briefs, IPRs, Product delivery presentations Lead or support presentations to senior government officials Lead tasks or projects Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant field and 20+years of relevant experience in US government Service or supporting government programs An active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required to be considered. Experience in DoD JCIDS process, Requirements Development with an emphasis on safety and expeditionary aviation programs is required. Travel may be required up to 25%.
