Coordinate and manage the activities of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, in a manner that will achieve high-quality, productive and efficient results within assigned areas of responsibility. Represent and coordinate these activities with those of other areas of the Corporation to help achieve corporate objectives.

Qualifications:
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Degree in real estate, business, finance, engineering, design or facility management. Graduate Degree, preferred.

Experience: Three years of exp in commercial real estate, finance or related field. Exp in direct negotiations and management of acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate. Exp in financial analysis, cost estimating and cost control, required. Supv/Management exp, preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Real Estate Brokers License, preferred. CCIM or CPM, preferred.

Additional Skills (required): Working knowledge of real estate transaction law and finance. Strong abilities in direct negotiation, preparation and modification of property leases, purchase and sales agreements, and other real estate contracts and documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform assignments with a high degree of accuracy, and with extraordinary attention to details and critical schedules. Proficient in computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. .Ability to travel throughout the enterprise including overnight stays for multiple nights, as necessary. May be required to travel up to 60% of a work week.

Additional Skills (preferred): A working knowledge of AMT software. Knowledge of construction and property management of commercial real estate.
