Responsibilities:
2nd shift

Assist in the setup and preparation of machinery for foam production.

Monitor and maintain adequate levels of raw materials needed for the production process.

Support the Foam Machine Operators in loading raw materials into machines and ensuring continuous production flow.

Conduct basic quality checks on produced foam and report any deviations from standards.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor issues with machinery under the guidance of senior operators.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep production equipment in optimal condition.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.

Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished foam products.

Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to foam production.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.

Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.

Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic computer skills for recording production data.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
