The Change Management Program Manager is responsible for guiding organizations through the process of change, ensuring successful transitions and minimizing disruption. This role involves assessing organizational needs, developing change management strategies, and implementing initiatives to support employees and leaders during transitions. This role will work closely with stakeholders to ensure change initiatives align with business objectives and are effectively managed from inception to completion.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or consulting roles, with a track record of successful change initiatives.

Additional Skills (required):
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and navigate organizational dynamics.

Proficiency in change management software and tools.

Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.

High level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
