Job description

Role Summary:
URBN is looking for a Facilities Technician - HVAC filter changes and general maintenance technician for fleet of NYC retail stores and corporate offices.

Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for HVAC filter changes across all retail brands and satellite corporate offices in NYC.

Execute general carpentry, handyman, plumbing work order as necessary.

Afterhours and weekend on call responsibilities on a rotational basis

Role Qualifications:
HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, maintenance, and/or applicable trade experience is a plus.

Familiarity with work order management software a plus but not required

Pay Range:
USD $24.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
