Job description

Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Manager, Wholesale Sales will be responsible for owning the strategy and day-to-day management of our Nautica businesses at Kohl's and DXL to drive significant growth. They will lead with integrity, bias for action, and strive to continuously build trust within the organization and their retail partners. This role will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships and driving long term growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for set account base with a high level of accuracy.
• Monitor in season sales and financial performance, identify and escalate areas of opportunity and risk.
• Report out weekly on account performance and provide recommendations to drive business forward.
• Partner with merchandising on assortment curation, utilizing data to inform product choices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience within the department store channel, Kohl's experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to roll up their sleeves and be comfortable with changing priorities.
• Proven track record of generating profitable and measured business growth in previous roles
• Expert level of proficiency in retail math, OTBs, and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP, 7th Online and NuOrder preferred
• This is a hybrid role with in-office required Tuesday-Thursday
• Travel is required, based on business needs.
• Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods
• Ability to reach at or below shoulder level
• Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.

Requirements & EEO Statement:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
