Job description

Our client is looking to bring on a Bilingual (English and Spanish) HR Manager to oversee 6 direct reports and help oversee the full employee life-cycle and maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

We're partnered with a widely known global hotel hotel chain that's looking to bring on an HR Manager to their large HR team. There are over 10K employees across the globe and great opportunities to grow within the company.

Description

  • Manage a team of six HR professionals to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services, effective implementation of HR policies, and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end internal recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Address employee relations and workplace conflicts, conduct investigations into grievances and disciplinary issues, implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including creating clear objectives, conducting evaluations, and driving continuous improvement.

Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality or related industry.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of current HR state laws.
  • Experience managing a large, diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
