Job Description

Team Overview

The Publicis Groupe Growth team is responsible for accelerating Groupe transformation to high growth businesses and solutions through the development of company-wide strategies for new market entry, client development, and integration. This team is responsible for driving the Publicis Groupe vision of the Power of One - the connectivity of the company's four solution hubs (Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, Publicis Sapient, and Publicis Health) - fostering collaboration throughout the Groupe and infusing Epsilon data and technology to maximize client value.

Within the broader Growth organization, the Corporate Strategy & Development team directly supports the Chief Growth Officer to develop the Groupe-wide growth strategy through cross-functional consulting style projects across product and go-to-market strategy. The team is also focused on leading inorganic growth opportunities across Publicis Groupe, inclusive of M&A strategy, integration, and the incubation of high growth new businesses.

Core Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Corporate Strategy & Development will partner across the broader company to:

Develop product and commercial strategy to solve key business challenges through the design and management of cross-functional, consulting-style projects

Conduct market analysis and strategic planning to define long term company strategy and vision

Incorporate client feedback to inform product strategy and product marketing materials

Support the acquisition and integration of new businesses across Publicis Groupe

Develop the strategy and manage the launch of new products, commercial motions, and service offerings

Build trusted relationships across the various Publicis teams, organizations, and partners

Create and present materials for executive management reviews

The ideal candidate should understand technology, media, and strategy that includes direct experience with strategy, corporate development, product marketing, or commercial operations groups. Being well versed in executive presentation, PowerPoint design, persuasive writing/narrative development, and project management are all desired skills.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
