Job Summary:
We're looking for a Facility Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our PharmScript team within our Revenue Cycle Operations department. As a Facility Revenue Cycle Specialist, the ideal candidate ensures that all outstanding bills are tracked for daily census. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving problems and is dedicated to helping customers. For you, no task feels too small and no challenge impossible. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for entering and tracking all daily census and face sheets from Beneficiary Facilities for correct Billing to Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance
Responsible end of the month for billing to generate correct facility patient invoices
Contacting the facility on the status of Medicaid pending residents
Qualifications:
High school degree
Able to work independently as well as in a diverse, team environment
Reliable, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor
Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills
