Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of utility construction on various types of telecom projects.

In addition, you will:

Partner with the executive leadership team to grow sustainable construction capabilities

Lead safety, quality control, and profitability throughout the construction department, by establishing goals in partnership with the leadership team

Support the company-wide safety culture

Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects

Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers for escalated issues

Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities

Qualifications:
About You:

Safety is a value you live by

You have 8+ years of managing telecom construction projects and are a proven leader in the utility construction industry

You know the telecom construction industry

Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.

You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field

You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team

You have an understanding of basic accounting principals

You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software

MOS Codes 120A, 12H, 12N, 3E211 relate well to this position
