The Supply Chain Coordinator will support our purchasing team by overseeing purchase orders, managing inbound freight, and maintaining selected data.

Responsibilities:
You will:

Develop a relationship with the buyers to effectively understand our products and the relationships with our source suppliers.

Assist gathering information from our source suppliers to ensure timely resolution to any issues with purchase order processing

Process and validate purchase order confirmations

Write vendor direct purchase order to our customers (drop ships) and required follow-ups.

Provides support as needed to the daily ordering and inventory activities of the Purchasing Department

Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000

Qualifications:
You have:

A bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.

Prior purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain-related experience preferred.

Strong communication & organizational skills

Collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
