The Opportunity:
Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with HR Acuity's goals and objectives.

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners across various industries and sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.

Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into the company's overall business strategy.

Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.

Represent HR Acuity at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote partnership initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a partnership/sales role.

Experience building a partnership program highly preferred.

Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems and business models.

Experience with Crossbeam/Revel, Salesforce and Outreach.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving business growth through partnerships.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Perks and Benefits:
Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $170,000-$200,000/year OTE; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
