The Facilities Manager will be responsible for supporting a large, multi-building site focusing on a wide variety of operational functions. This role will have a broad range of duties and responsibilities including mechanical, electrical, and digital. You will be expected to work on-site with periodic business travel. WHAT YOU'LL DO Form, develop, and lead the maintenance organization in demonstrating extreme ownership over all equipment to ensure we provide the same reliability to our rocket motor end users as they provide to us. Develop and maintain Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs including performance of key tasks and the establishment of and adherence to budgetary requirements. Carry out and/or oversee repair and maintenance tasks on all equipment leveraging a problem-solving approach. Manage and oversee the work of contractors and third-party service providers, ensuring all work is completed to the required standards and within applicable budgets. Collaborate with equipment owners to optimize equipment layouts, process flows, and maintainability of both new and existing equipment. Enhance equipment reliability via both continuous improvement and corrective actions Collaborate closely with EHS and operators to ensure optimal safety and compliance Other similar activities, as opportunities arise REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of leadership and continual improvement experience in large-scale manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with DoD, OSHA, EPA, AS9100, and other regulations/codes. Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technology related field. Strong knowledge of building codes and standards as well as engineering concepts including electrical and mechanical systems. Hands-on experience in the maintenance and operation of industrial machinery and leveraging computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document, track, and prioritize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) improvement progress. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Experience facilitating the flow of information from processes and equipment into data management systems. Experience with equipment automation and controls via artificial intelligence, controllers, and equipment data acquisition. Proven excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities as indicated by measurable results. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive, and/or energetics facilities Experience with CAD software Experience with HMI programming Experience with machining and fabrication operations US Salary Range $1 - $150,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
