Responsibilities: JOB SUMMARY:

T he Installation Coordinator provides coordination support for Installation with regards to business execution. This is a dynamic position that includes: scheduling, inventory/materials management, fleet maintenance, field training and on boarding, uniforms, safety, and technician interface for any general administrative support re garding construction projects. Performs all duties in accordance with all company guidelines and applicable federa l, state and local regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • E stablish es a rapport with Project Managers and Technicians within assigned branch , as well as other departments to ensure efficient communication , proper allocation of resources, and successful execution of projects.
  • Manages Installation technician schedule under direction of Project Managers, including , but not limited to : updating W eekly M anpower Forecasting spreadsheet; verifying time cards ; arranging Per Diem distribution , and completing the W eekly S cheduling sheet.
  • O ptimizes return o f excess materials, including, but not limited to : tracking and managing cylinder returns; reconciling truck stock; and managing material returns process by verifying credit through local vendors .
  • Provides new technician On- B oarding ; track s S afety Training progress of each team member; and ensure s Company provided PPE is up to standards .
  • Maintains GPS compliance on Company vehicles ; ensure s vehicle transfer s are performed and proper vehicle maintenance is scheduled and completed within a timely fashion.
  • Ensures job sites have the needed supplies in a t imely and cost effective manner by supporting Project Coordinators with purchase requisitions; delivery and pick-up of material s , parts and equipment; etc.
  • Provides support by processing all materials transfers from/to inventory in shop/van; and, prices out service work orders and transfers from supplies to construction and service jobs.
  • Process all paperwork nec essary for business operations, such as obtaining permits and submittals as required by location and jurisdiction .
  • Performs work with awareness of pro cess improvement and notifying Operations Leaders of a ny potential or existing issues.
  • Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures relating to Installation.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications: ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
  • P roficiency with Microsoft office aut omation products such as Word, E xcel
  • Detail - oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team - oriented environment
  • Proficient typing skills to properly document dictation to update systems
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
  • Experience equivalent to a h igh school diploma
  • 2-3 experience in a comparable position
