Job description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the entire construction process for custom homes, from planning and design through to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement best practices for safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance on all job sites.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience managing custom home construction projects, particularly in the luxury market.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing teams and client relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
