About Our Client: They are a leading manufacturer with facilities across Michigan, Georgia, and Canada. They are on the hunt for an experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead their FP&A function and shape the financial future of their growing company.

Director of Financial Planning & Analysis Position Overview:
As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you'll take charge of the financial strategy across multiple locations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Your insights will guide senior leadership and drive the financial health and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities for Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis and actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and variances to ensure success.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Drive the development of financial policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Streamline cash flow forecasting across North American plant locations.

Qualifications for Director of Financal Planning & Analysis:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of FP&A experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to drive business performance.
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Experience working across multiple locations and departments.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
