Job description

Our client, a local manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee payroll accurately and on time
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Accurately maintain employee records (Personal/sick time, accruals, service anniversaries)
  • Assist with programs such as annual benefits, open enrollment communications, and year-round wellness initiatives
  • Support Human Resources day-to-day functions.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of payroll experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Paylocity and Kronos preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
