The right candidate will work on renovations and new construction high end custom residential homes up to $10M. This opportunity comes with a company truck and gas card plus tons of room for growth.

Description

The superintendent will be responsible for:

• Manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction professionals, providing clear direction and guidance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate project resources, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing their concerns and questions.
• Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges and issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, photos, and project records.
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment, promoting and enforcing safety protocols and best practices.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture among the project team.

Profile

The successful candidate will possess:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in high-end residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• OSHA certification and Construction Supervisors License is required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
