Job description

TEKsystems is looking for IT Support Techs that will be responsible for the following:

- Taking calls from clinical lab staff on incidents

- Following a script to collect information on the incident and document into ServiceNow

- The team will then escalate and route these tickets to the appropriate Epic teams for further troubleshooting.

Our team will be responsible for 24x7 support. They will be broken out into three shifts:

First Shift: 6am-2:30pm

Second Shift: 2pm-10:30pm

Third Shift: 10pm-6:30am
