JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing a first-class experience for our VIP guests.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hr.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

Communicate with guests before their visit to get a feel of what they are wanting from their experience

Meet and greet guests as they arrive

Escort VIP guests throughout the park during the duration of the tour

Meet and exceed the expectations of our VIP guests

Anticipate guest needs

Know what rides, shows, and food stands are closed for the day

Provide exit access to VIP guests during the tour

Schedule reservations for restaurants and attractions if applicable

Provide guest with meals and snacks of their choosing

Accommodate requests of the guest

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Have a valid Georgia Driver's License and clean driving record.

Communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.

Be available to work flexible hours at nights, overnights, and on weekends.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess above-average communication skills.

Must react well in stressful and emergency situations.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Safety conscious.

Outgoing and friendly demeanor.

Willing to actively engage guests.

Excellent organizational skills and leadership capability

Extensive knowledge of the park and all venues

Commitment to providing World Class Service to everyone who visits the park

Strong sense of initiative

Must have good customer service skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Continued sitting, standing, and bending; frequent kneeling.

Eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech. Manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition.

Stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and as many as 14 hours a day; walk over 3 miles per day over various surfaces.

Lift and carry 25 lbs. over 25 feet over various surfaces; lift and lower 5 lbs. above shoulder level.

Must be able to climb a stepladder up to 6 feet in height.
