70/30 travel requirements
Salary - $75,000-$80,000 + Marksman Benefits
Reports to the VP of Global Partners - Toyota
As the training manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing an effective training program within Marksman.
Essential Job Duties:
Needs Assessment: Analyze organizational training needs by conducting assessments, surveys, and interviews with employees and site leadership teams.
Program Development: Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the organization's goals and employee development needs.
Curriculum Design: Create comprehensive training curricula, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
Facilitation and Delivery: Lead training sessions and workshops, utilizing various instructional techniques to engage participants and enhance learning.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership team members to identify training needs and develop targeted programs that address specific skills and identified gaps.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and support to employees and supervisors in their professional development journeys.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and standards and maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development, continually seeking ways to enhance training offerings.
Technology Integration: Utilize training technologies and tools to facilitate learning and track training progress effectively.
Team Management: Oversee and mentor site trainers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Qualifications:
Experience
Professional Experience3-5 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related area is essential. Experience in managerial or supervisory roles can be advantageous.
