Job Overview:
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will oversee and facilitate all aspects of our domestic warehousing operations including storage, kitting, delivery, and related services for our regional renovation teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join and support our regional renovation team infrastructure and make a significant impact on our projects. Here are the roles you play:

Roles You Will Play:
The Team Player

Collaborate with regional renovation management teams to anticipate project needs and provide support throughout all phases of the renovation process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, logistics, and operations to streamline processes and ensure smooth project execution.

Periodically travel to warehouses to monitor operations, identify areas for improvement, and provide on-site support and guidance.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective services.

The Improvement Master

Track the shipping, receiving, kitting, and last mile services for all construction finish materials and related products fulfillment.

Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to regional renovation sites, coordinating with Cortland Build supply chain team associates.

Maintain inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations to meet project timelines, budgets, and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.

Develop and implement efficient warehouse management procedures, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance.

Continuously evaluate and enhance customer support processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Develop a system to track all costs associated with storing, kitting, and moving materials, providing project-level reporting quarterly.

Your strong ability to collaborate closely with our 3rd party warehouse partners and regional renovation management teams ensures efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Your strong analytical capabilities, comfort with core accounting concept, and a proven track record in warehouse and logistics management make you the ideal candidate.

Building Blocks of Success:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in construction materials management, warehouse operations, and logistics.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Comfort with core accounting concepts and excel modeling to optimize warehouse operations from a First Principal method.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.

Proficiency in excel, warehouse management systems, and other relevant software applications.

Sound knowledge of construction finish materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.

Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize warehouse operations and customer support processes.

Willingness to travel periodically to warehouses and project sites as required.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
