Description:
The ACS Outreach & Communications Manager is responsible for (1) supporting ACS's engagement with member campuses through clear communication, processes, records, and program coordination, and (2) advancing ACS's communication efforts and external presence through website maintenance, social media activity, and branded collateral. This role also supports internal policies & procedures to benefit the ACS team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outreach & Member SupportCreates and monitors registration processes for in-person and virtual ACS events

Coordinates recurring membership database verification and updates

Maintains ACS listservs and leadership group membership

Manages general phone and email inquiries to the ACS offices

Manages yearly subscriptions for bulk purchasing agreements

Coordinates the ACS Tuition Exchange Program by communicating with program coordinators at member campuses, processing applications and billing, and tracking participation

Communications & MediaMaintains public ACS website, including news, network initiatives, and staff, board, and membership updates

Facilitates ACS's social media engagement strategy via LinkedIn and other channels

Maintains private ACS community site, including shared resources, access management, network announcements, and job postings for member institutions

Provides graphic design support for event agendas and other ACS collateral

Other DutiesSupports office policy & procedure management

Assists with invoicing and accounting as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree and five years of project, financial and/or administrative management experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

NOTE: Tasks related to this position can be performed remotely with only occasional supported visits to an Emory University location. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
